1. Eligibility the switch talenthunt is opened to anyone residing in Nigeria or of Nigerian heritage within the ages of 5 and 60 years.
2. Registration the registration fee for the switch talenthunt season two is twenty thousand naira(#20,000) and must be paid into the switch talenthunt designated account with provision of evidence on the website.
3. Non- refundability the registration fee is non-refundable whether or not the candidate finally gets to show up or not.
4. Media and recording rights the switch talenthunt reserves the right to record and air voice and image auditions on any media channel or platforms .
5. Safety and liability the switch talenthunt is responsible for providing safety and conducive environment for all participants during our auditions and outings. We are however, not liable for any incidents or accidents especially from acts that may be dangerous and injurious by participants or from negligence on the part of participants.
6. Rules of participation all candidates and participants are expected to abide by every regulation of the competition. Failure of which attracts penalties ranging from disqualification to lawsuits depending on the degree of the contravention.
7. Acts and performances all acts must be registered and clearly indicated before the audition. No one person must register for more than three(3) acts per season of the competition
8. Winning winning in the competition is not solely dependent on the decision of the judges as participants/ contestants may also be required to carry out other activities like media campaigns in order to emerge victorious
9. Privacy policy No image or voice or any part of the auditions from our competitions must be taken or aired by anyone else apart from our representatives without verifiable permission.
