An exclusive profile of British pop superstar Robbie Williams. The film is the result of several interviews that director Michael Gracey recorded with Robbie Williams over a year and a half at Williams’ recording studio in Los Angeles, USA. Although the interviews were not originally intended for the film, as Gracey “just wanted to capture [Williams] in his own voice telling his story,” most of Williams’ voice acting in the film comes from those recordings.

In the end, the monkey adds a lot to the film

episode (2024). I didn’t know what to expect from the film, as I thought it would be quite strange to see Robbie as a monkey. You fall in love with him immediately, and within a few minutes, THAT’S Robbie.

Jonno Davies, who plays Robbie, is a great actor

Even though you don’t see his face, he really knows how to represent him. The story is a story that will touch your heart. It’s not just about Robbie the Popstar, it’s about his youth.

I have a lot of respect for him

He dares to be so vulnerable in this film, which has a lot of stories about his personal life, his career and the challenges he faced. The music and the images also add a lot to the film. The film is a mix of laughter but of course tears.

It left me speechless, teary-eyed at the end, but most of all I’m proud of who he is today
